About Us

Patatak is the culmination of a dream: to offer real Belgium fries with potatoes sourced directly from a local producer, peeled and cut on the spot and embellished with homemade sauces. Patatak is nurturing new ambitions: a Fritkot of fresh products suitable for all diets: 15 homemade sauces, chicken with generous breading, salads, fermented vegetables, fries in beef fat or oil vegetable, sauce with and without egg. Patatak is open to all: we offer vegan, veggie and meat products, at all sizes

    Adrien Dewez has always dreamed of glorifying the potato. Trained as a historian and journalist for the newspaper Le Soir, he was not predestined to open a fritkot. But the desire to recreate the sweet taste of his grandmother's fries led him to present his concept: Patatak.
